Getting Started
To start the process, first you need to be able to invite your customers to engage with you. Most business trigger feedback after a transaction, event or milestone to get as near to the customer experience as possible. This can happen in a couple ways:
- Upload a file to Customer Radar of the people you want to ask to give you feedback and reviews. You can do this as often as you like. Customer Radars send rules engine makes sure you don't ask the same customer for feedback too often.
- Fully automate the process by connecting Customer Radar to your booking system, Loyalty programme, App, CRM, Database or Job Management system. We have APIs and simple workflows, which means we can connect with most systems.
- You may have other touchpoints that you want to engage your customers for feedback and reviews, and we can explore those with you.
