To get reviews in, Customer Radar needs to send requests out. This can happen in one of two ways - you can either manually upload a list of the people you want us to email or text, or you can fully automate the process by connecting Customer Radar to your booking system, CRM or Job Management system.
If your system has your customers' contact information and can send a message after an interaction, event or milestone, you can connect it to Customer Radar.
